Fair Use Policy
Paid plans have no daily, weekly or monthly task limits. Fair use asks one thing: that a plan is used by the people it was bought for, for their own software work.
1. What this policy covers
This Fair Use Policy forms part of the KUVEX Terms of Service. It explains what "unlimited tasks under fair use" means on Oronis paid plans, what falls outside fair use, and what we do when usage goes beyond it.
2. What your plan includes
- No task limits. Paid plans have no daily, weekly or monthly cap on tasks, chats, plans or reviews.
- Tasks at once. Your plan sets how many agents run at the same time: Solo 2, Pro 5, Ultimate 12, Team 5 per seat (see the pricing page). When every slot is busy, new tasks wait in your queue and start automatically.
- The free trial is different. The trial is limited to 7 days or 10 completed tasks, whichever comes first, with 1 agent at a time and one trial per person.
3. Fair use
Fair use means the plan is used by the people it was bought for (one person, or the named seats on a team plan) to do their own software work: building, fixing, reviewing and designing software, interactively or through Oronis's own automation features such as GitHub Autopilot.
4. Outside fair use
- Sharing one account or seat between several people, or rotating accounts to get around the tasks-at-once limit.
- Reselling Oronis, or offering its output or processing to others as a service.
- Driving the service with your own scripts, bots or tools from outside the Oronis app, or sending requests that are not tied to real software work.
- Using Oronis to produce data for training, benchmarking or evaluating other AI systems, or to extract its prompts, instructions or internal behaviour.
- Bulk generation of content unrelated to software development.
- Opening several accounts or trials, or any other attempt to get around plan limits or these rules.
5. What we do about heavy or unfair use
- Automatic pacing. Oronis continuously compares each account's usage with normal use of the same plan. Where usage is far above that, the account's work may be scheduled at lower priority, so it takes longer to start and finish. Work is not refused and nothing you have saved is affected.
- A conversation first. If high usage continues, we email you to understand it. Often a different plan fits better; team and Enterprise plans are built for heavier use.
- Suspension for misuse. For the activities in Section 4, or if pacing and contact do not resolve the problem, we may suspend or end the account under our Terms of Service.
We adjust how and when work is processed to keep the service fast and reliable for every customer. We do not publish exact thresholds, because they are set relative to normal use of each plan and change as the service improves. Pacing under this policy is not a ground for a refund; see our Refund Policy.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. We will tell you about material changes by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect, and you can cancel before then if you do not agree.
