Refund Policy
Oronis is sold on one rule. Please read it before you buy: you can try Oronis free first, and once you use a paid subscription, that payment is final.
From the first request the Oronis app sends to our service after a charge, that payment cannot be refunded, including if you later run into a technical problem, change your mind or stop using Oronis.
If the Oronis app has sent no request to our service since the charge, ask within 14 days of it and you get the whole payment back.
1. What counts as usage
Usage means any request the Oronis app sends to the Oronis service to do work for your subscription: a task, a chat message, a plan, a review, a design or any other AI request. A single request is enough. It counts even if it failed, was cancelled or produced nothing useful, and whoever on the subscription sent it.
Signing in, opening the app, browsing your projects and changing settings do not ask the service to do any work, so they are not usage.
2. How we check
The Oronis service records every request it processes for each account, with the time and the amount of processing. When you ask for a refund, we look at those records from the exact moment the payment was charged. No records means the refund is approved. If there is even one, the payment is final, and we tell you the date and time of the first request.
3. Common situations
4. Technical problems
If something does not work, contact support@kuvex.ai and we will work with you to fix it. A technical problem that appears after the subscription has been used does not make that payment refundable. If Oronis cannot be used at all, no requests reach our service, so no usage is recorded and the payment stays refundable under this policy for 14 days. Where the law of your country gives you a specific remedy for a faulty digital service, that remedy still applies (Section 9).
5. How to ask for a refund
Email billing@kuvex.ai from the email address on your Oronis account, within 14 days of the charge, with your Paddle order number (it is in your receipt email). You can also contact Paddle's buyer support at paddle.net. We reply within 2 business days with the result of the usage check.
Approved refunds are submitted to Paddle, our payment provider, which returns the money to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days after it approves the refund. A refunded payment ends the subscription period it paid for, and access stops when the refund is processed.
6. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, online, from the Billing section of your account at oronis.kuvex.ai/account or from the "Manage subscription" link in any Paddle receipt. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period: your plan stays active until then and you are not charged again. Cancelling is not a refund request; if you have not used Oronis since your last payment and want that payment back, ask as described in Section 5.
7. Automatic renewal
Monthly plans renew every month and annual plans every twelve months, on the date of the original purchase, until you cancel. Each renewal is a new payment under the same rule: final once any usage is recorded after it, refundable within 14 days if none is.
8. Customers in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland
You normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase of digital content. That right ends once supply of the service has begun with your express consent. At checkout you ask us to give you immediate access to Oronis and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service starts processing requests for you, as permitted by Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and the equivalent UK rules. Until any usage is recorded, the refund in this policy gives you the same result as withdrawing.
9. Your statutory rights
Some countries give consumers rights that cannot be removed by contract, for example a remedy when a digital service is faulty. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits those rights. Where the law of your country gives you more than this policy, that law applies.
10. Payment disputes
If a charge looks wrong, please contact billing@kuvex.ai first; most questions are resolved within a day. If a chargeback or payment dispute is raised, we give Paddle the usage records for the disputed period. We may suspend an account while a dispute is open, and close accounts that dispute charges they have used.
11. Who sells Oronis
Oronis is sold through Paddle, our merchant of record: Paddle.com Inc. for customers in the United States and Paddle.com Market Limited elsewhere. Paddle processes payments, collects taxes and issues receipts, and its buyer terms also apply to your purchase. The Oronis software and service are provided by KUVEX Private Limited. This policy is part of our Terms of Service; by completing a purchase you confirm you have read and agree to it.
